Three ways in.
One shared ambition.
The right structure should move the startup forward. Capital, engineering for equity, paid development—or a combination.

Your vision.
Our skin in the game.
The partnership starts with what the company needs. We discuss the milestone, the work, and the economics, then agree on a structure that makes sense for both sides.
Investment and development are distinct commitments. Where they come together, each part is defined clearly rather than left implied.

Good questions.
Can we combine cash and equity?
Yes. A combination may be discussed when it suits the company and the work. The cash, equity, scope, and responsibilities are agreed before the engagement begins.
Is engineering automatically included in an investment?
No. Any engineering contribution is scoped and agreed separately or explicitly included in the partnership documentation.
Do all engagements require equity?
No. Paid software development is available without an equity partnership.
Who owns the software?
Intellectual property, deliverables, usage rights, and ownership are agreed in the engagement documentation. We discuss these terms before work starts.
